On May 3, 2025, Karuna was introduced as a contestant on the survival show Stellar Sugar. She ranked 2nd on the show's finale, making her a member of the debut lineup. Due to the members of Stellar Sugars debut team going their separate ways and the lack of news from the program's agency, it is presumed the final group has been scrapped.
On October 12, she was revealed as a member of I-CODE under CNS Entertainment.
