On February 1, 2013, Heart Rabbit Girls made their debut as the first character girl group in Korea with the digital single "Round and Round". The lineup consisted of Heejung, Jieun, Danbi, Bohye, and Garyeong. In September, Jieun and Garyeong appeared to have departed from the group and were replaced by Hyunmi and Yujin.
The following month, Heejung and Danbi presumably left the group while Yujin changed her stage name to Yuseul. In December, the group finalized its second generation lineup with the addition of new member Leewon. With this new lineup, they returned with two digital singles, "Ang" and "Come Out and Play", on the 18th and the 30th, respectively.
In March 2014, the second generation came to an end as they became inactive. On November 6, 2015, Heart Rabbit Girls started anew as a kids group with the digital single "Kids Ang" and the lineup consisting of five child actresses, Yewon, Youngeun, Danbi, Hyori and Jiyo. The same year, Yeongeun withdrew from the group after having violated her contract with the agency multiple times by participating in home shopping shoots and performances without their approval.
Since November 2016, the group had been inactive and presumably disbanded silently. ===Aftermath=== Following the disbandment of Heart Rabbit Girls, the members went their separate ways: - Bohye joined the pre-existing girl group LIVE HIGH. They disbanded sometime in 2019 due to inactivity.
- Heejung and Jieun became active as an actresses. - Eo Danbi became an author under her real name and has published several books. The circumstances of the other members are currently unknown.
